Binders for prototyping of ceramics & metals

Published on 14 January 2019

Rapid prototyping meets a growing demand, also for metals and ceramics, that often requires investments in dedicated 3D printing machines.

To allow rapid prototyping of metal and ceramic parts in a simple manner, Biodesiv team has developed sustainable binders:

-Directly castable in silicone molds at room temperature and atmospheric pressure

-Low viscosity to mold complex parts

-Usable with all water compatible metals and ceramics

-Debinded thermally in air
